We offer 3 different memberships. Our GOLD membership is 18.99$ bi-weekly, SILVER is 13.99$ bi-weekly, and BRONZE is 8.99$ bi-weekly. Each membership gives access to different services, so to sign up or to get more details, consult our Memberships section.

You will find cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, as well as a section for floor exercises. Our gyms also offer free weights and an X-Fit Section for functional training. We also have a wide variety of Group Classes, including Indoor Cycling. Our Gold and Silver membership give you access to unlimited tanning (18 years and over). Yes. Your membership card gives you access to the gym, but also to certain services.If lost, a 10$ fee will be charged to issue a new one.

Wear comfortable clothing made of breathable material as well as running or athletic shoes. We recommend that you also bring a lock and water bottle. The use of a towel is mandatory (see Rules and Policies).

The minimum age to gain access to the gym is 16. A parent/tutor must be present at registration to issue the membership. Children under 16 may attend the gym only if supervised by a Gym Fit Forme personal trainer (Fit Youth Progam).

With our Gold, Silver and Bronze membership, each member receives an Initial Consultation. During this session, one of our specialists will evaluate you with an InBody test: a non-invasive way of measuring your body composition. Based on your results as well as your training experience, we will be able to establish with you the best action plan to ensure you are on your way to reach your goals.
