We offer three different Packages. The Gold Package is 14.99$/month, Silver 9.99$/month and bronze 5.99$/month – each Package comes with different services. For more details concerning each package, or to sign up, click here. To help you choose the right Package for you, we recommend you answer the questionnaire on our concept page.
You will find a large selection of cardiovascular and weight training machines as well as an area where you can perform floor exercises and stretching. We also offer many different group classes including Mossa-licensed classes. The Gold and Silver Packages give unlimited access to tanning (18 years+).
The access card is mandatory to have access to the gym. It also gives you access to the different services that come with your Package. If the card is lost, there will be a 10$ fee to replace it.
Yes. However, a parent or tutor must be present in order for the child to sign up. (see policies).
Wear comfortable clothes made of breathable materials and running shoes. You will also need a small towel as it is mandatory when you train. (See Rules) We recommend you bring a lock and a water bottle.
With each one of our Packages, you receive an orientation session. During this orientation session, one of our specialists will evaluate your body composition with a non-invasive InBody test. Based on your results and your training experience, we will be able to plan with you the best type of follow-up in order for you to reach your goals.
