Access to the center
Members must present their access card at every visit. 10$ replacement fees will be applied to replace a lost card.
Policies for memberships
Fit Forme memberships are offered to people 16 years of age and older. Any person under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or tutor to complete registration.
Policies for tanning
Quebec law states that in order to use tanning equipment, a person must be aged of at least 18 years. All users must respect the rules related to the tanning room or will be refused access. Users must wear tanning goggles at each session, and must clean the equipment with the provided products after each use.
Freeze Your Rate
In order to take advantage of the “Freeze Your Rate” option, following the twelve (12) months of the original agreement, the agreement will continue with a monthly commitment on the anniversary date, under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement. The price freeze applies to the subscription cost before discounts and before taxes. The subscription fees will remain the same as long as the member maintains their active subscription and keeps the same type of subscription.
